Mixture of acrylic emulsion of high elasticity and crushed marble of strictly selected granulometry and quality, enriched with special improving additives.
BIOPANOPLY ACRYL is a ready-to-use, pasty, fiber-reinforced acrylic adhesive. It is used for smoothing the surface of the thermal insulation boards after their installation and for the installation of the fiberglass mesh sheet, before the application of the top coat plasters (cementitious or organic pasty plasters). It ensures high resistance to compression and bending, as well as to changes in temperature and humidity. Homogeneous, ready-to-mix, industrial product of consistently high quality. It ensures good workability, increased application speed, it is economical and provides excellent results.

• The surface of the insulation board must be clean and dry. • The product shall be thoroughly mixed with a low-speed electric mixer. • The adhesive is applied to the outer side of the insulation board with a serrated putty knife (8-10 mm) and while it is still damp, the fiberglass mesh sheet is placed on the surface and embedded using a smooth putty knife so that it is finally completely surrounded by the adhesive. • After at least 2-3 days, the application of the final layer of plaster follows, without the need to use a primer. • With the application of the desired finishing plasters (white or colored), the thermal insulation system is completed. • Extreme climatic conditions (such as strong wind, rain, dust, direct sunlight, etc.) should be avoided during the application of the adhesive and for a few hours afterwards. • The application temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C.
