Anti-corrosive protection mortar of selected granulometry and with special improving additives.
CORRO PROTECT is used as a mortar to protect concrete reinforcement against corrosion, as well as for reinforcement in concrete intended to work in high humidity conditions. It provides long-term strong corrosion protection, even in cases of advanced oxidation. It is suitable for bonding old and new cement. It is resistant to long-term exposure to outdoor conditions, solar radiation and has high performance. Homogeneous, ready-to-mix, industrial product of consistently high quality. It ensures good workability, increased application speed, it is economical and provides excellent results.

Anti-corrosive protection mortar of selected granulometry and with special improving additives.
• The reinforcement must be clean of dust, oil, rust, etc. • The contents of the container, 1 kg of CORRO PROTECT, is added under continuous stirring to a clean container containing 350 gr of clean water. Stir very well for about 3 minutes with a mixer on low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is allowed to cure for 5 minutes and then stirred again before the application. • Apply the first coat and after it has dried thoroughly, apply the second coat. • The application temperature should be above +5 oC. • The final drying of the product takes 7 days. • The cleaning of the tools is done with plenty of water and soap. Hardened material is removed mechanically.
• In 1 kg containers • In sealed containers and in a dry environment, protected from frost and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight for 12 months from the date of production.
• 50-70 gr/linear meter of reinforcement for 2 layers of total thickness of 1 mm • 1.3-1.5 kg/m2 for bonding old and new cement.
