HYPERSHIELD
FIBER-REINFORCED SYNTHETIC RESIN LIQUID SEALING MEMBRANE DM1
HYPERSHIELD is a ready-to-use liquid, fiber-reinforced synthetic resin membrane. Water-based, solvent-free. It is used for the sealing of interior and exterior wet areas. No mesh or sealing tapes are required to protect the corners and edges of the sealing system. Ii is ideal for the sealing of houses, public or industrial premises, bathrooms, showers, spas, whirlpools, balconies, terraces and swimming pools. It can be applied on non-absorbent substrates, such as tiled floors. HYPERSHIELD is a ready-to-use liquid fiber-reinforced membrane, made of synthetic, water-dispersing resins, solvent-free, used for sealing interior and exterior wet areas.
Stir well before use. The substrate must be firm and cured. It can be applied on concrete, cementitious plasters and cement mortars, tiled, mosaic or natural stone floors, wood and dry construction systems. The application is done with a smooth steel putty knife, a roller or a paintbrush in 2-3 coats. Final application thickness after drying: at least 0.8 – 1 mm. On absorbent substrates, dilute the first coat with 10% water, after drying (30 min. at +23 °C), apply 2 coats which have not been diluted. Waiting time between the second and third coat 4 hours at +23 °C. For laying tiles or natural stones on the sealing membrane, use tile adhesive class C2 or R2 (EN 12004). In a bucket of 10 kg – pallet 640 kg 24 months in original packaging in a dry place. Protect from frost.
