REFIXFLOW R4
Cast repairing cementitious mortar of high-strength, R4
REFIX FLOW is used as a repair mortar, for works where very high strengths are required, such as repairs to concrete elements or for anchoring structural elements, supporting machinery, etc. where high performance requirements are not specified and are not subject to fire reaction regulations. Its fluidity makes it ideal for filling molds or gaps in harsh construction works.
- It achieves high resistance to compression, bending, and environmental changes
- Homogeneous, ready-to-mix, industrial product of consistently high quality.
- It ensures good workability, increased application speed, it is economical and provides excellent results.
Mixture of high specifications grey cement, crushed marble of strictly selected granulometry and quality, polypropylene fibers, polymers and other special improving additives. • It complies with the specifications: EN 1504-3 / R4.
- The substrate must be clean and firm, and it is recommended that it is wetted before the application.
- The contents of a 25 kg bag are mixed with clean water (approximately 3.5 l/bag) using an electric mixer at low speed or a traditional mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- The resulting mixture has increased fluidity so that it can be injected into the mold. The injection is done carefully so as not to trap air.
- The minimum application thickness should be 1 cm, while the maximum application thickness should be between 6-8 cm.
- The mixture remains workable for about 1 hour (depending on the ambient temperature).
- During the application stage, the temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C.
- An overdosage of water in excess of the recommended amount contributes to a reduction in the adhesion and general strength of the product.
REFIXFLOW contains cement which is classified as an irritant. Consult the safety instructions and precautions listed in the Material Safety Data Sheet of the product
• In bags of 25 kg, on pallets. • In a dry place where frost does not form, for 12 months from the date of production, in unopened bags.
Approximately 20-22 kg/m2, for an application thickness of 1 cm, depending on the substrate.
