Application

• The substrate must be clean and firm and it is recommended that it is wetted before application. • On newly plastered surfaces, application of SP 100 is recommended after a minimum of seven days (the waiting period varies depending on weather conditions). • The contents of the bag are gradually added to clean water (approximately 6.0-6.4 l/bag) using an electric mixer at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. • The mixture is applied to a thickness of 1-2 mm, depending on the surface, in one or two coats, using a putty knife of a hawk. The second coat is applied after the first coat has fully set. No further surface treatment is required. If desired, the surface can be sanded the next day using a sander. • For excellent results, economy and increased speed of application, apply the first coat with a metal hawk and the second coat with a putty knife. • During the application stage, it is recommended that the temperature is between +5 oC and +35 oC.
