PS PRIMER
High strength waterproofing adhesion primer with quartz (brown)
PS PRIMER is used as a primer to improve the adhesion and water repellency of surfaces. Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. After the application, a layer of optimal adhesion is created, with high mechanical strength and full water repellency. It is ideal as a primer for surfaces to which sealing systems, decorative cementitious mortar, etc. will be applied. It has excellent resistance to permanent moisture and can be left exposed to the outdoor environment without risk of damage from rain. Homogeneous, ready-to-use industrial product of consistently high quality. It ensures good workability, increased application speed, it is economical and provides excellent results.
Aqueous solution of polymeric dispersion, enriched with quartz sand of selected granulometry and special improving additives. Although the specifications and instructions presented in this bulletin have been prepared to the best of our skills, knowledge and experience, they should be taken as indicative results and require verification after many applications. Users to whom this product is addressed should verify its suitability for the intended application. The end user is responsible for any result of the use of the product.
- The substrate must be firm, dry and clean from any kind of residues (plasters, powders, paints, oils, etc.)
- Before application, the contents of the plastic container must be stirred well. It is not recommended to further dilute the contents with water.
- It is applied to surfaces with a roller, a brush or with the special automatic spraying device.
- The coated surface is ready for use after drying for 4-6 hours, depending on weather conditions and type of substrate.
- The application temperature should be between 5oC and 35oC.
• In containers of 20 kg, 5 kg, 1 kg in pallets. • In sealed containers and in a dry environment, protected from frost and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, for 12 months from the date of production.
Approximately 200-300 gr/m2, depending on the thickness of the layer.
