MARMOPLASTER PRO is a white, colorable, pasty, acrylic plaster. Ready to use, available in Decor or Grafiato look. It is used as a final render on substrates such as plasters, exposed concrete, plasterboards, cement boards, etc. It is suitable for outdoor and indoor use.
- It is characterized by high water repellency and resistance to weather changes.
- It ensures high bonding strength, high elasticity and eliminates the risk of cracking.
- It gives a colored, high-strength final surface. No painting of the final surface is required.
- It is ideal for final coating in external thermal insulation systems.
- Homogeneous, ready-to-use industrial product of consistently high quality.
- It is characterized by increased application speed, it is economical and provides excellent final results.
Mixture of acrylic emulsion of high elasticity and crushed marble of strictly selected granulometry and quality, enriched with special improving additives.
- The substrate must be firm, dry and clean of any kind of residues (plasters, powders, paints, oils, etc.).
- For best quality results, it is recommended to prepare the substrate with BIOPRIMER PRO FINE primer in the same shade as the decorative plaster, before applying MARMOPLASTER PRO.
- The product is stirred very well and applied using a smooth metal putty knife. The thickness of the application layer ranges from 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm and depends on the granulometry of the product and the coarseness of the substrate.
- For excellent results, both the application of the plaster and the finishing of the plastered surfaces must be carried out without intermediate interruptions and without wetting.
- Finishing is carried out with a hard plastic or metal float or polystyrene float.
- The Decor look is best achieved by making small continuous circular movements with the float.The Grafiato look is best achieved by making large circular movements with the float and then longitudinal movements in the desired direction.The exact application and finishing time depends on the substrate and environmental conditions.
- Before, during the application and until the render has hardened, surfaces should be protected from exposure to climatic or environmental conditions (wind, rain, high temperatures, dust, etc.).
- The application temperature should be between + 5 °C and +35 °C.
- In 25 kg containers
- 12 months from the date of production, in intact original packaging. Stored in a shaded, dry place, protected from moisture and frost.
From 1.5 kg/m2 to 2.2 kg/m2, depending on the granulometry, substrate type and required finish.
It is classified on the basis of the harmonized European standard EN 15824:2017. (Acrylic, waterproof, colored decorative plaster).
