Protective acrylic water varnish
PROTECTOR SHIELD ACRYL is used as a final protective coat on cementitious surfaces (decorative cementitious mortar, self-leveling flooring, concrete, etc.). It waterproofs the surface while giving it high mechanical strength and resistance to stains. It is ideal in applications of decorative cementitious mortar, as an intermediate coat before the application of the polyurethane varnish, in order to maintain the natural color of the cementitious surface.

Although the specifications and instructions presented in this bulletin have been prepared to the best of our skills, knowledge and experience, they should be taken as indicative results and require verification after many applications. Users to whom this product is addressed should verify its suitability for the intended application. The end user is responsible for any result of the use of the product.
• The substrate must be firm, dry and clean of any kind of residues (plasters, powders, paints, oils, etc.) • It is recommended that PROTECTOR SHIELD ACRYL is stirred well, avoiding the formation of bubbles. It is applied with a roller or a brush in one or two coats, depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the desired result. • The application temperature should be between +5 oC and +35 oC.
• In 5 kg and 1 kg containers. • In sealed containers and in a dry environment, protected from frost and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight for 12 months from the date of production.
100-200 gr/m2, for one coat, depending on the type of substrate.
