Seminar on the Application of the External Thermal Insulation System “Biopanoply” in Orestiada

The MARMODOM company, in cooperation with TI-MI TSOLAKIDIS company, organized with great success a two-day seminar on the application of the ETAG 004 certified thermal insulation system BioPanoply for the area of Orestiada on November 25 & 26, 2010. The seminar, having a practical character, was mainly addressed to implementation crews from all over the prefecture of Evros, which were given the opportunity to obtain a certificate of attendance at the end of the seminar. During the total of 12 hours, the installers had the opportunity to be informed about the benefits of external thermal insulation, the properties of the materials used, the certification of the system and what this means for them, as well as what the government’s subsidized “Household Savings” program provides for the region of Evros. In the main part of the seminar, which was the practical and on-site application of the BioPanoply system by an installer with long experience and training in thermal insulation, all attendees were given the opportunity to apply the Marmodom materials themselves and receive answers for all practical questions that may arise during their own application in a project. Finally, a sample house that shows all the stages of BioPanoply thermal insulation was completed, which will be transferred to all the vicinities of Orestiada by the partner TI-MI TSOLAKIDIS in order to make the certified BioPanoply system known throughout the region. This seminar is only the beginning of a series of seminars that will be held throughout Greece.
